That is why we searched the globe in pursuit of the most flavorful – a search that took us to Latin America where the climate, soil and altitude perfectly combine to produce some of the world’s finest coffee beans. We are confident that our Arabica beans are cultivated in premiere coffee-growing regions using the finest horticultural techniques, but we still carefully select all of our beans to make sure that they are the best available and hand-picked at their freshest.
We then custom micro-roast our beans to their optimal roasting point, and limit our roasting to no more than 5,000 pounds per week to keep close control on quality and freshness. Every step of the process is meticulous to give you the most flavorful gourmet coffee on the market.
